Mykalai Kontilai Chairman
Mykalai Kontilai is the Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Public Media LLC. Mr. Kontilai is a successful entrepreneur and businessman with a propagated history in several different business specializations.
Mr. Kontilai is a pioneer in the area of Instructional Televison distribution, having owned and operated the largest volume ITV distribution company in the world, Mykalai Kontilai Companies, from 1994 to 2001. Mk Companies showcased and distributed over 10,0000 ITV Televison programs to the educational television industry. This included exclusive representation of several leading producers in the ITV industry. They include: Weston Woods, a Division of Scholastic Inc, Landmark Media, Benchmark Media, and Sunburst Communications, just to name a few.
Mr. Kontilai currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Champions of the World LLC., a Nevada based sports management firm. Mr Kontilai has represented past and present, some of the highest profile Mixed Martial arts athletes from around the world. Mr. Kontilai played a pioneer role and was instrumental in negotiating the seven figure contract for the return of Tito Ortiz, the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion. He currently represents Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion Dean Lister and top MMA middleweight contender David Loiseau.
Prior to beginning his entrepreneurial career, Mr. Kontilai worked for the United State Chamber of Commerce based in Washington DC.
Mr. Kontilai's hobbies include Tae Kwon Do, where he is an instructor, politics, golf, and Mixed Martial Arts.
Mr. Kontilai received his Bachelor of Science Degree, sum cum laude, from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1991.
He has been happily married to his wife Veronica for eleven years.
Susan J Sullivan Creative Director Susan has logged more than 20 years at the helm of entertainment, corporate, theatrical and publication projects. She began her design career as a graphic artist working for publications, including Architectural Digest and Bon Appetit magazines. In advertising, she designed for and managed the art department for J. Walter Thompson - Recruitment division as well as working for Terry Hines Associates, Jacobs & Gerber, Gumpertz Bently Fried and Deutsh Shea Evans among others.
For 10 years, Susan was the Design Director for Friedland Jacobs Communications where she won numerous Promax awards and Mobius awards for advertising excellence. Her clients included Paramount Studios, 20th Century Fox Studios, Sony Television among others. As an independent designer, she’s handled projects for FX Networks, The History Channel, Greystone Television & Films, and Educational Adventures among many others. She is a seasoned Production Manager handling many projects for McCann Erickson L.A. such as NestlÈ outdoor, IHOP and Northrop Grumman.
Susan manages print projects for the brand, The Danger Rangers, a children’s animated television program. Her expertise has been to develop the characters and maintain brand continuity as well as having written and designed numerous children’s books for them.
Susan is an award-winning theatrical director and a television producer as well as having enjoyed a career as a professional actress. Her most fun role was Vice-Admiral Lori Ciana in Star Trek - The Motion Picture, where she was disintegrated in the transporter.
She co-created directed and produced the award-winning Off-Broadway play, The Godfather Workout and produced PAX’s comedy reality show Xtreme Fakeover. Susan continues to write and direct for the stage in her spare time.

Former Creative Director for Creative Couch a Los Angeles based advertising agency. Former Creative Coordinator for the Los Angeles Times/Recycler publications. Professional musical performer, composer, producer.

Currently Keith is focused on his work developing Public Media and working with the team to provide the best possible customer service combined with stunning quality design and the best of emerging technology to "push the envelope" of the creative industry.
Seth Isler VP Production Seth Isler is an accomplished actor, director, writer and television/film producer. For the past eight years he served as Producer and VP of Development at Greystone Television and Films. He has extensive field-producing experience and has Produced and Co-produced many History Channel, MSNBC and A&E specials, biographies and series including the award-winning The Unfinished Civil War, and A&E’s Biography of David Ben-Gurion, the Lion of Judah, both which he also narrated. He most recently produced two $5 million historical destination films, Fields of Freedom about Pickett’s Charge in the Civil War, now playing at the new Gateway Gettysburg Complex adjacent to the battlefield; and We Fight to be Free, a Revolutionary War film about George Washington for the Mount Vernon Estate’s newly opened education center. Other documentaries include a 12-part series for the History Channel entitled Civil War Combat; a series of two-hour specials: Masada; Dinosaurs; The True Story of The Bridge on the River Kwai; A Gulf War retrospective hosted by General Norman H. Schwarzkopf; Save Our History; Yellowstone National Park; Inviting Disaster; Three Mile Island and The Kursk. He has also produced and associate-produced many one-hour documentaries as well including Biography; James Caan; Al Capone’s Chicago; A History of Wall Street and The Para-rescue Jumpers. He has developed many shows and ideas at Greystone including a series on Homeland Security. As an actor, Seth graduated from New York’s Neighborhood Playhouse where he studied under Sanford Meisner. Seth created and performed The Godfather Workout, his award winning original one-man show of the film The Godfather, which played four runs in Los Angeles, Off-Broadway at The American Place Theatre, The Golden Nugget Hotel in Las Vegas, The HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, New York’s Catch A Rising Star, The Conan O’Brien Show, The Today Show and The Home & Family Show. He’s also appeared in dozens of television shows and feature films including Analyze That, The Chamber, Without a Trace, ER, NYPD Blue, Friends and Drew Carey. As VP of Production for Public Media, Seth is currently overseeing the company’s new PBS series, The Collector’s Café, which will premiere in spring of 2008.
Lon Levin, VP Sr Art Director Lon Levin is a former teacher at his alma mater, Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA where he majored in Illustration.
His illustrious career as and Entertainment Art Director has taken him from Sr. Art Director for Sabon Entertainment where he worked on the Power Rangers to Senior Designer at Friedland Jacobs Communications and Sr. Art Director for Warner Bros. Marketing Services where he launched the Ellen Degeneres television talk show and the syndicated launch of Will & Grace.
In the world of Children’s Entertainment, he wrote and created the cartoon pilot My Pet Boy for Kingworld and Sony Entertainment. He also illustrated The Small Potatoes Gang, written by internationally renowned, children’s book author, Harriet Zieffert.
He is the recipient of more than 12 Promax awards for advertising excellence and numerous Illustration and Design awards from CA Magazine, How Magazine, American Graphic Design and Summit Awards. |
